Legal basis: the processing activities described below are carried out, as applicable, on the basis of the prospect’s consent.

Intellectual Property

The trademarks and logos (including figurative trademarks) of Exaion and MARA group companies appearing on the websites are registered trademarks.

Any total or partial reproduction or representation, whether standalone or integrated into other elements, without the prior written authorization of Exaion or the relevant MARA group companies, is strictly prohibited.

The general structure, software, texts, images, videos, sounds, know-how, activities, and more generally all information and content appearing on the Exaion website are the property of Exaion or are subject to usage rights. These elements are protected under copyright law.
